• 4 Four IV: The CoPA Birthday Party Pin–Up Show
- February 21, 2009 6pm-9pm
The Armoury Gallery, 1718 N. 1st Street, Milwaukee, WI
I donated and sold three photographic prints in the silent auction to raise funds for the CoPA Photographic Educational Grant.

Here's what the Onion's Decider Milwaukee said about the show.......
In little more than a year, the Armoury Gallery has rocketed itself from the ranks of casual, DIY art space to a serious and respected force on the Milwaukee art scene by consistently showing some of the best contemporary art you’ll find around town. This week, the gallery hooks up with the Coalition Of Photographic Arts to celebrate the organization’s fourth birthday. Bargain prices on prints donated by photographers have made CoPA’s birthday parties a hit in the past, so get ready to mingle and bid in the silent auction. Outpost is providing snacks, too, so it really is a party.

OLD NEWS

TinaBoat• Two of my photos of Milwaukee are currently featured on the Next American City website. Check out the Hoan Bridge photo and the rowing race photo (sixth photo down) from the Milwaukee River Challenge. It was on a beautiful September day that I captained the pontoon, graciously borrowed from my friends at Riverwalk Boat Tours and Rentals, to lead some of the NAC staff and tour guides for the Next American City’s 24:Hrs Milwaukee adventure. We had a great time cruising down the river onto Lake Michigan and shot some wonderful images of the city from a unique perspective.
